All payments, including rent, utility bills, and on-demand services, are processed through our secure online payment system.
Users can make payments using mobile money, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods supported by RentPod.
Rent Payments are due as specified by your signed lease agreement.
Users have the option to set up automatic recurring payments for convenience.
Users will be charged the specified fee for each on-demand service requested.
Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Utility bills will be generated on a case basis, depending on the selected utility bill.
Utility bill payments are due as specified by the selected utility billing cycle.
Refunds for rent payments are not typically provided. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds for on-demand services may be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Users are required to notify RentPod of any disputed charges within 12 hours of the transaction.
RentPod will investigate disputed charges and may request additional information from the user.
RentPod employs industry-standard security measures to protect user payment information.
All payment transactions are encrypted to ensure the security of financial data.
RentPod reserves the right to update or modify these payment terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
